Striking focuses on systems from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Savate, and Panantukan.

You will learn kicking mechanics that consist of round kicks, teeps, elbows, scoop kicks, knees, angular kicking, and low line destruction techniques.

Punching mechanics will include the jab, cross, hook, combinations, timing, footwork, limb destructions, and evasion techniques.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Catch Wrestling are combat sport that focus on ground-fighting and with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint-locks and chokes to force an opponent to submit.

BJJ came to be its own defined combat sport through the innovations, practices, and adaptation of judo and the Gracie family. BJJ promotes the principle that a smaller and weaker person can successfully control and defeat a bigger and stronger opponent by using proper technique and leverage.

Sparring (rolling) and live drilling play a major role in the practitioner's development.

Filipino martial arts (FMA) refer to an umbrella of Malaysian, Filipino, and Indonesian arts such as Kali, Escrima, Arnis, and Silat.

FMA derives from a culture of self-preservation due to the regions invaders and conflicts.

FMA practitioners are known for their lightning-fast movements and efficient footwork in wielding weapons.

You will learn stick/knife striking systems, flow drills, ranges of attack, disarms, stick/knife sparring, and how to flow with a weapon.
